เรื่องย่อ / Synopsis

  ในเย็นวันหนึ่ง แม่และแพทจัดเตรียมอาหารรอพ่อและน้องชายสำหรับการฉลองงานสำคัญของครอบครัว แต่การรอคอยครั้งนี้กลับเป็นการรอคอยอันแสนประหลาด บนโต๊ะอาหารที่ควรจะเต็มไปด้วยความอบอุ่นและความรักจากที่ที่เรียกว่าบ้านตอนนี้กลับค่อย ๆ เปลี่ยนไป เสียงโทรศัพท์ รสชาติของอาหาร พฤติกรรมของแม่ความคิดหรือความเป็นจริง รูป รส กลิ่น เสียง สิ่งไหนกันแน่คือสิ่งที่เราควรเชื่อหรือแท้จริงแล้ว ความเชื่อนั้นไม่มีอยู่จริง…แต่ถ้าเราอยากจะเชื่อล่ะ?
 
  One evening, a mother and her daughter, Pat, prepare a meal while waiting for their father and younger brother to come home and celebrate an important family occasion. Yet, this wait turns out to be strangely unsettling. The dining table, which should be filled with the warmth and love of a place called home, gradually begins to change. The ringing of the phone, the taste of the food, the mother’s behavior—thoughts or reality, sight, taste, smell, and sound. Which of these should we truly believe? Or perhaps, in reality, there is no such thing as belief at all… But what if we want to believe?
