  ผีตากผ้าอ้อม เป็นช่วงเวลารอยต่อของวันที่มีแสงสวยงามตามธรรมชาติ เป็นช่วงเวลาที่พระอาทิตย์ใกล้จะตกดิน แสงแดดสุดท้ายของวันที่แฝงด้วยเงามืดของกลางคืนที่กำลังจะมาเยือน ณ รอยต่อของแสง รอยต่อของวิญญาณ จากความเชื่อโบราณนานมาเชื่อว่าเป็นช่วงเวลาที่ประตูโลกวิญญาณจะเปิดออก เหล่าภูติและวิญญาณจะออกมาเพ่นพ่าน ณ ช่วงเวลาของแสงเงาและรอยต่อของความเปลี่ยนแปลงนี้พลังงานของอมนุษย์และธรรมชาติจะออกมาเคลื่อนไหว

  Phi Tak Pha-Om ‘Phi Tak Pha-Om’ in Thai means a transitional moment of a day, which is a time when the sun begins to set, creating the last light of the day along with the shadow of the night that is approaching. It is the threshold between light and darkness, as well as between humans and spirits. Long ago, it was believed that at this time the gate to the spirit world would open, and ghosts and spirits would come out to roam the earth. At this moment of light and shadow and at this transition of day and night, the energy of the non-humans and nature will come into being. ‘Phi Tak Pha-Om’ is a butoh work with the body through dance movement and image, engaging with light and shadow, space and time, music, and an ancient belief.
